Bspin License

This casino says that they are a registered business and established under the laws of Costa Rica. Aside from that, they don’t appear to have a gambling specific license.
 

Security Features

Bspin offers anonymous play which is always an outstanding feature to have. When you log in, play a game, or make a withdrawal, Bspin will ask you to confirm your identity with your username and password.

While you must register with a username and password, an email is not required. You must also click the Captcha box before proceeding. That’s it! Pretty simple.

Bspin also meets industry standards with an SSL certificate, so you can feel safe playing there

You should also note, if you do not use your account for 12 months, Bspin makes it dormant. If you don’t contact them within a month of your account being made dormant, and they are unable to contact you, you risk losing any Bitcoin that you have in your account.

The problem here is if you haven’t entered an email address because you prefer to be anonymous, you won’t know that your account was made dormant and Bspin will be unable to contact you about any Bitcoin in your account. 
 

Reputation of Owners

Bspin is the only casino owned by EWorld Interactive. I have not found any complaints about this company, but I really didn’t find anything else either.

The company is regulated in Costa Rica. Residencial Lomas de Curridabat, Jurisdiction #3-102-680870. This is listed on the website but also on Dato Capital, but no other information was listed without paying for a report.

I did try to find actual human names of the owner(s) of EWorld Interactive, but there are none to be found. I checked several review sites and directories and found no useful information. No address or phone number is listed either.
 

Complaints Received

Bspin gets mostly positive reviews on sites like AskGamblers, Casino.Guru, and Trustpilot, where it ranks from good to great. The few complaints I found were mostly people crying “Scam!” with no real explanation. There are a few complaints about customer service being slow; others say they have great customer service.

However, the few complaints received have not been addressed by the casino in a timely manner. Trustpilot reports that the company has not responded to complaints in the last 12 months.

Bspin representatives have been active on gambling forums, but I was unable to find any recent activity there either. That being said, there really are no legitimate complaints. The majority of users are very happy with Bspin.

Platform Features and Functionalities

Navigation on Bspin is a breeze! You can easily find the games you want by clicking on a category and selecting a game from that category. You can also click “all games” and see what you would like to play.
 

You can also browse by keyword or game provider. This can help you find games you may not have played before from your favorite game provider. Or you might see a new version of your favorite game that you’d like to try out.

Bpin offers two reload bonuses.

Weekly Cashback

Customer service is a vital part of any business, and bitcoin casinos are no different. Bspin offers no customer service phone number, but they can be reached via email or live chat. This seems in line with most other casinos.

While live chat is not available 24/7, you can leave a message and they will respond when someone is available. How long it takes to get a response is debatable. Some players say they respond quickly while others say they take a long time if they respond at all. 

From my own experience, I can say that I saw the live chat actually available one time in all the hours I spent working on this review. Most of the time it directed me to leave a message and wait to hear back via email. I did submit a question, and I received a response the following day. The response was friendly and helpful, though not immediate.

This wouldn’t be so bad if there was a chat feature among players, or even a forum for players to interact and ask questions. But when there is no one to discuss things with, it can be a little frustrating. Sometimes you really need an answer right away. Still, with so few complaints on this casino, it may be a non-issue for you.

Payout speed is fast, with some saying it takes less than five minutes. This stands to reason since your withdrawal goes directly to your Bitcoin address.
