Overall, the site is well put together, though it doesn’t seem particularly unique. I’ll break it all down below.
 

Platform Features and Functionality

Drake Casino is pretty simple to find your way around. It’s organized well and you can find what you need with either the side menu or the menu on the bottom of the page. The drop-down menus to narrow down the types of games you want to look at are helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed to not find any exclusives.

The Drake Casino mobile site is also well done and easy to navigate. The gameplay is smooth and I had no issues getting them to load. 

I was concerned that the link to the blog took me to a message that said my connection was not private and there was an invalid certificate. It seemed odd that the rest of the site was fine. So while a blog is a nice feature normally, I was unable to access it. 
 

Design and Appearance

The design is very basic. It looks nice but it’s nothing special. I like the simplicity of it but there is nothing that stands out to me as exciting. It doesn’t draw you in as some other sites do.

The games themselves looked great. They loaded and worked well, as you’d expect from Betsoft and Arrow’s Edge.
 

Registration Process

The registration process is easy, but you are required to provide more information than other sites typically ask for. You must give, not only your email, username, and password, but your phone number, first and last name, country, and state or province.

To complete your registration you must also provide your street address (no PO Boxes), city, state/province, zip/postal code, country, phone number, and date of birth.

I feel like that’s way more information than they need to set up an account, and I do not give out my phone number easily unless I have established trust. They say this information is needed to open an account with the payment processor that they use for all of their transactions.   

My opinion of the registration process is less than stellar.

The ivory level allows you your welcome bonus, a reloading bonus of 300% up to $2000, a Tuesday Bonus of 300% up to $2000, and a Saturday Bonus of 300% up to $2000.

When you make your fourth deposit, you’re automatically enrolled into the Platinum bonus level, which offers you 30% up to $500 on every deposit you make. You’re also eligible for a Tuesday Bonus of 75% up to $500, and a Saturday Bonus of 100% up to $500.

As you move your way through the levels, you get to the ninth level, Red Diamond, where you get a 100% reload bonus, and 100% Tuesday and Saturday bonuses up to $500 each. 
 

Weekly Bonuses

I touched on the weekly bonuses just a bit when I discussed the Drake Club bonus levels. The weekly Saturday and Tuesday bonuses vary depending on what level you have achieved. 

Regardless, you need a Drake Casino coupon code, which they provide, in order to activate these weekly bonuses.

The Thursday Bonus has three options:

For example, Drake Casino no deposit bonus codes have wagering requirements that are 60 times the bonus amount. You read that right. 60 times! Free spin bonuses also have this astronomical wagering requirement.

I also found that you have to search for the terms of some of the bonuses, because when you click on them for more information, you may end up getting information on a different bonus. This lack of organization can be pretty confusing if you don’t realize the error.

Some games do not allow bonus credits for wagers, and there are also country exclusions including:

Drake Casino says they have 24/7 support via phone, email, or chat. The problem here is that the “24 hour” part doesn’t refer to all the options. Chat is only available during limited hours.

This would be fine if they responded to emails, but in my experience, this is hit or miss. I have read other reviews where players were disconnected from chat without receiving answers or follow-ups.

My email with questions also went unanswered. In my opinion, the customer service is not very helpful.

Depending on the method you use, minimum deposits range from $25 to $100, and maximum deposits range from $500 to $2500. There are no fees for deposits unless you use QuickCash. They charge a fee of $10 for deposits under $200.

Deposits may take up to 30 minutes, but deposits made via QuickCash can take two to three business hours.

Withdrawal Limits

The withdrawal limit at Drake Casino is $2500 per week unless they tell you differently. I can only assume if you get a big win they will make an exception since they suggest that you contact the support team to inquire about higher limits.

Bitcoin has a $300 minimum and $2500 maximum limit. Bank wire withdrawals have a $100 minimum and a $2500 maximum, with a fee of $40. 

QuickCash only allows $330 per withdrawal and they charge $50 or 8%. I can’t tell you which one it is because that is exactly how it’s shown on the website. It says both the minimum and maximum limit is $330 with QuickCash, and the fee is $50 or 8%. 

If you made your deposit with a credit card, Bitcoin and QuickCash cannot be used for your first two withdrawals. This means you’re required to pay $40 for a bank wire. 
 

Withdrawal Speed

Bank wires can take three to 12 business days. In contrast, the other withdrawal options take one to three business days. Unfortunately, if you’re making one of your first two withdrawals after depositing with a credit card, you don’t have an option. You must pay the fee and wait.

Many of the complaints I found against Drake Casino were regarding winnings being delayed, unpaid, or incorrect. However, those complaints were also resolved so it appears that they do their best to ensure that players receive their winnings within a reasonable amount of time.
