The website is secured by an SSL certificate and users can protect their profiles with two-factor authentication.  This latter is a nice touch, considering that 2FA isn’t widely available within the crypto gambling industry.

Once you log into your account, make sure to enable the 2FA feature.
 

It works through Google Authenticator, which means you won’t have to provide any personal details like your phone number, for example.

Research shows that TrustDice is the only casino Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. owns.

It looks like TrustDice prioritizes maintaining a stellar reputation online as it tries to address all user complaints quickly.

It has a forum where users can report their complaints and issues. This is the best way to have your problem solved, as it will gain traction not only from TrustDice’s team but from the whole community as well.

TrustDice scores really well on platforms like AskGambler, Casino.Guru and Trustpilot.

However, when we look under the surface, we find that TrustDice rewards its users with crypto to write positive reviews about the platform. This means the ratings are anything but objective and you shouldn’t take them at face value.

TrustDice’s poker offerings are limited to video poker games. The site includes a combination of popular and niche poker games by casino software providers like BSG, Softswiss, Habanero, and Wazdan.

In a nutshell, the diversity of TrustDice’s poker section makes it a great choice for beginners and poker enthusiasts.

However, if the casino wants to take it to the next level, it should focus on offering live-dealer games.

The TrustDice sportsbook features an extensive set of sports events.

Gamblers can choose from popular sports like football, basketball, volleyball, and tennis, as well as more exotic ones including stock car racing, cross country racing, and more.

There is also a “Specials” section where you can gamble on the outcome of presidential elections or other events.

eSports lovers, however, might be a bit disappointed. TrustDice lists events only from League of Legends. Compared to the majority of other sportsbooks, this is way too limited.

The sportsbook section is poorly organized. The menu is quite hard to navigate and although there is a search bar on TrustDice, there is no search bar for navigating the sportsbook itself. This makes it very challenging to find a specific event.

User experience aside, the sportsbook section offers lots of markets for each sports event. The odds are also very competitive, exceeding those of many other crypto casinos.

Our previous reviews have shown how Bitcoin sportsbooks often offer equal to or even worse odds than popular bookmakers. Compared to them, TrustDice shines.

The site is really quick. It loads instantaneously and even 3D games work flawlessly.

It is easy-to-navigate, although some sections (like the Sportsbook one) need improvement.

Aside from this, the site is very intuitive.

If I was to single out one downside of the platform’s functionality, it would be the lack of a search bar in the Sportsbook section.

When you support dozens of sports with thousands of different events every day, organizing the information in the right way is really important.

Similar to many other crypto casinos, TrustDice doesn’t have a dedicated mobile app. That said, the mobile version runs smoothly.
 

Design and appearance

The issue with most crypto casinos is that they look pretty much the same – a black background and a dark theme.

TrustDice is different. The site has a colorful design with purple as the main color. This is an amazing idea, considering how every other crypto casino has a black/dark design.

The color scheme makes playing on the site easier on the eyes, which is especially important if you’re playing for a long time.
 

Aside from the not-so-common color palette TrustDice uses, the site's design is clean and simple.

The games, the useful information, and everything you might need is a click away with shortcuts on the main page.

Despite featuring thousands of casino games, the TrustDice has found a way to organize them in an intuitive and easy-to-navigate manner.
 

Registration process

Creating an account on TrustDice takes just a few minutes. At first, you are assigned an automatically-generated username.

After you log in, you can change your username and password, verify your email, and enable Google Authenticator for improved account security.

Despite the fact that you can trade without verifying your email, in certain situations you might be required to go through a standard KYC procedure (selfie and an official document for identification).

According to TrustDice’s terms and conditions, such situations might occur when the casino has doubts about your deposits or transactions.
 

Informational resources

The information on the site is rich and organized brilliantly.

Aside from the various Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the site also has an extensive Help section.

All-in-all, the informational resources on TrustDice are extensive, well-organized, and cover almost anything that the user might be interested in.

 

8. Welcome Bonus

The Welcome Bonus scheme is no different than the format other crypto casinos use.

The deposit bonuses go up to 3 BTC, 150 ETH, or 30,000 USDT, and are accompanied by 25 free spins.

Terms of the welcome bonus

The maximum win amount from free spins can’t exceed 5,000 JPY / 50 EUR / 0.005 BTC / 0.25 ETH / 50 USDT.

Another promotion for first-timers is the 10% guaranteed cashback on your first deposit with no wagering.

Players who achieve Satoshi Club level playing status can earn up to 20% cashback. 

For the sports gamblers, the casino offers the Sports Welcome Free Bet scheme, upon which, you can get the stake from your first bet back in case you lose.

Another great promotion is called Drops and Wins, where you can win up to two million Euros in cash prizes through daily prizes and weekly tournaments.
 

TrustDice’s provably fair games also offer individual promotions.

Through the Dice Weekly Wager Contest, users can win prizes up to $3,000. For fans of the Crash game, there are daily prizes between 0.002 BTC and 0.005 BTC.

However, don’t forget to check out the terms and conditions of each promotion before deciding which ones to take advantage of. Different promotions have different rules.

For example, the wagering requirement varies between 0 and 50 times, depending on the promotion. The requirement may also only be valid for particular games (like Slots) and exclude table games, live casino games, Dice, and Crash.

Similar to many other casinos, TrustDice lacks telephone support. Email support is available, although it isn’t the primary communication channel.

If you want to get timely information, talking to live chat support in real time is the best way to go.

The team replies quickly, usually in less than 5 minutes. The staff is helpful and will do its best to address your questions, comments and concerns.

While the customer support efforts of most crypto casinos end here, TrustDice takes it a step beyond.

It supports active channels and engages with communities on Discord and Bitcointalk.

TrustDice even has its own forum where users can ask questions, engage in discussions, exchange ideas, or raise an issue with the casino’s team.

The forum is great. It’s very active and new threads pop up everyday.

Another way to get in touch with the TrustDice community and fellow gamblers is through the live chat room. You can access it by clicking on the chat icon in the lower right corner of the website.

TrustDice’s payments system is excellent.

Unlike many of its competitors, TrustDice isn’t a crypto-only casino. It supports fiat currencies (EUR, JPY, KRW), and also has a built-in integration that allows you to deposit all types of altcoins, which can then be converted into the supported cryptocurrencies.

Another distinguishing factor is the casino’s proprietary coin, TXT. Like most other crypto gambling tokens, it’s designed for you to use right on the platform. But unlike other gambling tokens, you can also trade TXT tokens on traditional cryptocurrency exchanges, not just on the TrustDice website.

Deposits

The deposit methods available on TrustDice  are:

Making a cryptocurrency deposit with TrustDice is simple. All you have to do is choose the currency and the preferred payment method.

You can deposit with some of the supported cryptocurrencies, or select fiat currencies ( Euros, Japanese Yen, or South Korean Won deposits accepted via Visa, Mastercard, SticPay and SEPA.).

If you choose to deposit with an altcoin, you will have to specify the cryptocurrency with which you want to fund your account.

After that, the site will show you the current exchange rate, the minimum deposit requirements, and the miner fee details.

Once you make a deposit, the funds will appear in your account right after the confirmations are concluded (for BTC, this usually takes around 10 minutes).
 

Withdrawals

The withdrawal methods available on TrustDice  are:

The minimum withdrawal requirements on TrustDice are 0.001 BTC / 0.01 ETH / 3 USDT.

Withdrawals of funds exceeding the equivalent of 1 BTC or EUR 2,000 might trigger additional KYC verification procedures.

In some cases, even smaller withdrawals might be subject to additional identity check verification.

The site claims that it tries to pay out withdrawals within 1 hour, but in some cases, this may take up to a day.

Bear in mind that to be eligible to make a withdrawal, you need to verify your email.

An important thing to note is that when given a free bonus, you must deposit at least 1 mBTC before you can make a withdrawal from any winnings. 

The fees TrustDice charges on withdrawals depends on the cryptocurrency you’re using. Although they aren’t publicly available, you can check them in your profile, once you have verified your email.
 

Maximum Withdrawals

The maximum profits depend on the game you play. For Dice, for example, for a single bet, the maximum profit is 500,000 JPY / 5,000 EUR / 1 BTC / 30 ETH / 2,000 EOS / 5,000 USDT / 2,000,000 TXT.

For Crash, the profit in a single bet can’t exceed 200,000 JPY / 2,000 EUR / 1 BTC / 20 ETH / 2,000 EOS / 2,000 USDT / 2,000,000 TXT.

For a single casino or live casino bet, the maximum you can win (bet + profit) is set at 500,000 JPY / 5,000 EUR / 1 BTC / 30 ETH / 5,000 USDT.

Let’s take a look at all supported payout options and the minimum amounts:

To be honest, it was quite challenging to understand the payout fee policy of TrustDice as the support representative had issues communicating in English.

According to the provided information, TrustDice itself doesn’t charge any fees on the payouts and the transfer of profits to your account. All fees charged are blockchain fees.

The minimum payout amounts on TrustDice are much lower than those of other crypto casinos, which makes it easier to withdraw even the small sums you win.
 

Withdrawal Speed

The profits are transferred to the account of the user after the final result is confirmed. Alternatively, when the game provider confirms you have won fair and square.

For third-party games, this shouldn’t exceed a couple of hours (a business day at most), while for TrustDice games, the payout should arrive in less than an hour (if no KYC checks are required).

If there are any delays, you will be notified by the customer support team.

In a nutshell, this isn’t anything different than the procedures in place with other crypto casinos.
